Ageless Essentials is a new moisturizer from the popular skincare product manufacturer Neutrogena. Neutrogena has developed a reputation for producing gentle skin products with few or know synthetic preservatives, and the brand’s Ageless Essentials Continuous Hydration line claims to feature a “time release” moisturizer that will penetrate “nine layers” of skin in order to “treat the root cause” of dryness. Of course, dry skin is just one symptom of an aging appearance, meaning that Ageless Essentials may not be the best wrinkle fighter for everyone.

But what if you do feel that dry skin is contributing significantly to your fine lines? What does Ageless Essentials have to offer that sets it apart from other moisturizing products ? According to the manufacturer, Ageless Essentials claim to have a cumulative long-term effect as well as an immediate, superficial moisturizing effect. This means that, according to claims, using Ageless Essentials for a long period of time will improve your skin’s ability to maintain an ideal level of hydration, giving skin a “softer” look overall.

There are actually multiple products available in the Neutrogena Ageless Essentials line. Average retail price for Ageless Essentials products is fairly reasonable, at $7.99 - $14.99. The Ageless Essentials line seems to be available anywhere Neutrogena products are sold, including drug stores, malls and shopping centers, as well as online from the official Neutrogena website.

It’s difficult to find much information online regarding what sets Ageless Essentials apart from other moisturizing products. We are told on the official Neutrogena website that these creams contain an ingredient called Hellioplex, but no further details are given on this.

If you’re looking for a moisturizer specifically, then you could certainly do worse, especially since the price is right. However, there are no really advanced wrinkle fighting components present in Neutrogena’s Ageless Essentials line of products. When buying a wrinkle fighter, we would choose something that contains peptides or other sophisticated ingredients that have been formulated specifically to do things like stimulate collagen products or stretch the skin matrix. However, Ageless Essentials could also work decent as a moisturizer when incorporated into a skin care regimen that also includes one of these more advanced, dedicated wrinkle fighting products.
