The Aloe Life Body product has been formulated with a variety of ingredients including, lanolin, avocado, jojoba oil, vitamins A, C, E, selenium and Zinc. Also present are a variety of herbal extracts and some products also come with aromatic fragrances (vanilla being the most common). Various oils including sunflower and glycerol sterate are also present in the formulation and these function as moisturizing agents.
Jojoba oil is a wax like product that is very similar to the naturally occurring sebum. This oil can coat the skin and protect it from the environment. The combination of Vitamins A, C, E and selenium provide good antioxidant activity. Many of the Aloe Life Body cosmetic products contain zinc. This white powder is often used as a whitening agent and commonly found in sunscreens. It does have the capability to block most UV rays. In small amounts, zinc based formulations are non irritating to the skin.

All in all a decent cheap product which can function in the home as a moisturizer and can even be applied when skin is broken. For the serious skin care lover, Aloe Body Life is not the product of choice, but handy to have around in the house when the skin has an abrasion or is cracked due to dryness.
