It appears that many customers have had a bad experience with customer service. While a single case can be blamed on a greedy or difficult customer, there are many customer complaints. Some customers have complained about paying for the free samples, others have complained about refunds and still others have simply not been satisfied with the Anna Bellina products. In many cases, it appears that customer service simply did not care. While we do not endorse or oppose Anna Bellina products, customer service is an essential part of any business. Anna Bellina does have many decent products but if the Company wants to be successful, it had better pay heed to the complaints listed on cyberspace. And better still; please do supply a list of ingredients. If not, it is very difficult to get too excited about any of the Anna Bellina products.
