We like the inclusion of collagen in the formulation as the body needs to supplement its dwindling stores as we age. However, we prefer to see collagen in a topical application as it is readily absorbed into the skin. None of the other ingredients in BellaNutri really stand out as being especially able to reduce the signs of aging.
