Bergman Metamorphose Review

Updated On:

Overview

Recently featured in Style Magazine, Bergman Beauty Care is considered an elite skin care company, attracting the attention of women all around the world. Their line features a wide selection of anti-wrinkle and environmentally safe creams, all cultivated in select labs in the Netherlands. Bergman's newest product, Bergman Metamorphose, claims to be a rejuvenating facial mask that plumps the skin and prevents all signs of aging, claiming to reverse the onset of wrinkle formation. As instructed on their website, simply apply the vitamin-rich formula to the face and remove after 15 minutes to reveal the after effects of this cream. Bergman claims that your skin will feel softer and more supple in less than one month, which is enough to attract anyone's attention -- and maybe to open wallets too.

Providing new and innovative products with a rich, natural formula is coveted by everyone, and Bergman appears to meet those demands. For its price (one bottle sells for a stunning $189.00), consumers may want more clinical proof on how it works, a factor that Bergman neglects to detail.

Product Details

An official ingredient list is not available, but according to Bergman's website, its product contains a mixture of vitamin A, vitamin F, and Arnica. Vitamin A is a crucial vitamin for the skin, and plays a fundamental role in skin health. Most experts recommend Vitamin D instead of this important vitamin, but Vitamin A is actually more potent than Vitamin D – and your skin needs this vitamin to stay young and refreshed. Skin is very dependent on this vitamin in order to function correctly and plenty of vitamin A helps reverse the onset of wrinkle formation and free radical damage. This does not necessarily make this a miracle vitamin, however. Most studies show that it must be paired with a healthy diet and absorbed from fresh sources to directly impact the skin.

As for Bergman's other ingredients, Vitamin F and Arnica, these ingredients do not have a direct correlation with rejuvenating skin cells. Vitamin F, otherwise known as Flaxseed Oil, works as an anti-bacterial, which may provide a key role in reducing acne. It has no anti-wrinkle benefits, however.

The Good

  • Contains Vitamin A.
  • Formula consists of natural vitamins.

The Bad

  • Very expensive.
  • These ingredients are not rare and do not justify the high price tag.
  • Is not widely available; hard to purchase.

The Bottom Line

Vitamins are a crucial part of skin health, but creams must contain more potent ingredient to have a beneficial effect on the skin. Consumers could easily eat leafy vegetables to get these vitamin benefits and avoid the expensive price tag. Consumers should not discount this cream so easily, however, as it contains natural ingredients that could provide a generally beneficial effect on the skin.
