Bio Clearin Review

On this website critics examine a number of popular health and beauty products available on the market today. The information presented on the site about each of the products assessed has been obtained from publicly available sources. Those critics and this web site are sponsored by Rauscher | Bekke, manufacturers of Dermapril-SP. The information on this website is intended to inform and educate consumers.

Overview

Bio-Clearin cleanser is produced by Vaxa Spa. However, the website is somewhat challenging to navigate and many of the links no longer work, so it is difficult to find information about the company itself. The Bio-Clearin cleanser claims on websites the sell the product to be a "luxurious non-soap, non-abrasive cleanser" that is specifically designed to deep clean the skin. We are unsure what deep cleaning has to do with eliminating fine lines and wrinkles. The company states that the product will diminish wrinkles and fine lines and rebalance the pH in the skin. The company also claims that there is no such thing as dry or oily skin; only skin that is “out of balance” and needs to be brought back into balance with the proper nutrients. Vaxa Spa asserts that it has found the seven alpha and beta hydroxyl acids that will bring skin back into balance for "soft, creamy skin that stays hydrated throughout the day".

We found this product for sale from a few online retailers that provided a list of the ingredients for the Bio-Clearin. We also noted that it was recommended that the cleanser should be used in combination with the Bio-Tonen toner for maximum benefit. The cleanser was reasonably priced, although it was more expensive than many cleansers that claim to provide approximately the same benefits.

Product Details

The main ingredient that is touted in the Bio-Clearin is planteren, which is a non-soap cleanser derived from soy, wheat and corn. The product also contains botanical extracts and bioactive enzymes, which means it should not be exposed to extreme temperatures. The cleanser has electro-magnetic properties as well, which supposedly help to ward off aging and diseases. It is compared to the magnet therapy that has been practiced in Eastern cultures for centuries, only this product contains these magnetic benefits right in the cleanser. Needless to say, we are somewhat skeptical of this claim, and could not find additional information to support this theory. There are no proven anti-aging ingredients in the formula at all, such as matrixyl 3000 or collagen.

The Good

  • The product claims to deep clean the skin without irritation, using natural ingredients.

The Bad

  • Lack of a professional online presence gives us significant pause with this particular company.
  • The company claims that the Bio-Clearin product has anti-aging properties, but we could find no ingredients or evidence to back up these claims.
  • Other statements made about the products electromagnetic properties don't have facts or research to support them.

The Bottom Line

While Bio-Clearin may be a decent natural cleanser, the lack of company presence on the Internet and the unsubstantiated claims about the product make us very skeptical about its effectiveness. There is absolutely nothing to support this cleanser as an anti-aging product, so it may be best to look elsewhere for your skin care needs.
