Biowhite Review

Updated On:

Overview

As women age they are often distressed by age spots and pigmentation on the skin due to either the aging of the skin or to the skin’s over-exposure to damaging environmental factors. There are a large number of products on the market that claim to rid the skin of this discoloration. One of these products is Biowhite. Unfortunately there is not a great deal of information available on Biowhite. There is no official website and therefore the product details concerning this product are only available from online shops that sell it. We are told that Biowhite is manufactured by an Australian company known as Softuch Skin Care. We are also told that it is a skin whitening cream that is based on several plant extracts.

Product Details

Biowhite is typically sold by online shops for the price of $28. Those who sell it claim that Biowhite can reduce freckles, fine lines, age spots, and hyperpigmentation. It seems, therefore, that it has also been marketed as an anti-aging cream, in addition to as a skin whitener. We are told that the ingredients in Biowhite consist of Mulberry, Saxifraga, Grape and Scutellaria. Saxifraga is an edible plant that is commonly found in the high artic as well as in the more mountainous regions in North Britain, and the Rocky Mountains in America. Scutellaria is part of the skullcap family of plants.

Some of the online shops selling Biowhite tell us that this product does not contain Kojic or Hydroquinone, which are ingredients commonly found in skin whitening creams which claim to reduce age spots and hyper pigmentation. There does not seem to be a money pack guarantee upon purchase of Biowhite. Unfortunately there is not an official website to give us further detailed product information. There is no information, for example, as to why the manufacturers of Biowhite believe it to be more effective than other similar whitening creams on the that which are based on similar ingredients.

The Good

  • This product can be purchased from online shops.
  • Biowhite does not contain Kojic or Hydroquinone.
  • It is reasonably priced.

The Bad

  • There is no official website fro Biowhite.
  • There does not seem to be a money back guarantee upon purchase.
  • We have no information from the manufacturers as to what distinguishes Biowhite from other similar products on the market with a botanical base.
  • Biowhite ultimately appears to be more of a skin lightener suitable for treating age spots than a targeted wrinkle fighter.

The Bottom Line

At the end of the day if you are looking for a natural whitening product for your age spots then Biowhite may be the product for you, especially since it doesn’t contain the potentially dangerous ingredient hydroquinone. If however you are looking for an effective anti-aging cream, unfortunately there are no effective anti-aging ingredients in Biowhite, and you would be better off purchasing a cream that includes proven, potent anti-aging ingredients such as Matrixyl 3000.
