Cellbone Skin Care Review

Updated On:

Overview

Cellbone Technologies provides an extensive list of skin care products including moisturizers, Vitamin C formulations, anti-wrinkle products, under-eye care, skin lighteners, skin rejuvenators, masks and scrubs, cleansers and toners, and sunscreen products. In fact, the vast array of products offered by Cellbone is confusing to say the least. Under Cellbone’s Anti-Wrinkle line, there are no less than 9 formulations. Choosing the one that’s right for your situation could be a difficult task. Many of the formulations contain peptides, including Matrixyl 3000, as well as other popular anti-wrinkle ingredients.

None of Cellbone’s anti-wrinkle products claim to be non-allergenic, but full ingredient lists are available for those who have allergies or sensitivities to skin products. Some of the products contain animal-based ingredients like retinol, so these products are not suitable for vegans. Cellbone products can be purchased directly from the manufacturer’s website. There is no indication of a product guarantee if you are not satisfied with the results or if the products cause allergic reactions. There also appears to be no free samples of any of Cellbone’s products available.

Product Details

Many of Cellbone’s anti-wrinkle products claim to offer the same results; cellular regeneration, reduction in fine lines and wrinkles, eradication of puffiness and dark circles under the eyes, and general skin toning. The website doesn’t make it clear how one should choose amongst the offerings, however, or why one product would be better than another in a certain set of circumstances.

In general, many of Cellbone’s anti-wrinkle product ingredients are typically found in higher-quality skin regeneration formulations, like peptides and essential oils. The products do not contain allergy-inducing parabens usually found in lower-quality products. The Cellbone website does not provide any links to clinical studies showing the effectiveness of their various products. While some of the ingredients used, such as Matrixyl 3000, have been independently proven to be powerful anti-aging agents, some, such as retinol, have less proof of being effective. The Cellbone website does not provide a summary of each ingredient’s use and benefit in its products, nor any information on the concentration of various ingredients used (this can effect their potency.)

Full ingredient lists are available as are application instructions for each product.

The Good

  • Full line of anti-wrinkle formulations.
  • Products contain high-quality ingredients like Matrixyl 3000.
  • Available for purchase from the manufacturer’s website.

The Bad

  • Number of products available can be confusing to the consumer;
  • No money-back guarantee or free samples offered;
  • No clinical studies referenced for products as they are formulated.
  • Not non-allergenic.

The Bottom Line

Cellbone Skin Care products offer the benefit of higher-quality ingredients and a full list of those ingredients. However, the best skin care companies stand behind their products with a satisfaction guarantee, and Cellbone does not do that. Cellbone products may not be suitable for vegans or for those with sensitivities and allergies, since the products are not listed as non-allergenic. It is perplexing why Cellbone offers nine anti-wrinkle products when it could combine some of the effective ingredients into one product that the company fully stands behind. There are many high-quality anti-wrinkle products on the market that offer a guarantee, and consumers may wish to choose those products instead.
