Dermalane Review

Updated On:

Overview

Dermalane is a depigmentation product created by Dr. Eduardo Krulig who is a plastic surgeon based in Venezuela. Dermalane claims to be able to help those with all kinds of pigmentation issues achieve a more uniform skin tone in just 12 days. Dr. Krulig runs the Krulig Clinic, which specializes in all types of plastic surgery and has a small line of products available that include Dermalane and Amelan M.

Dermalane claims to be more than just a product for pigmentation issues. Various retailers and third party reviews list this product as a wrinkle fighter and as an anti-aging product as well. The official website seems to be offline but you can go directly to the Krulig Clinic website instead. This website is only in Spanish but there is an English area and you can also have Google translate it for you, although these results are not always perfect.

Product Details

The exact details on Dermalane are pretty slim at the time of this review. We can't seem to find the ingredients of this product anywhere and it is difficult to find a place to buy Dermalane. It seems to be available to those who frequent forums that deal with skin pigmentation issues such as melasma, so if you really want to try it, you may have to hunt around similar forums.

We did find a price for Dermalane and it seems to cost around $250 for one jar. You can only purchase it by sending a FedEx check directly to the Krulig Clinic or by buying it from private individuals. There seem to be a few testimonials around the Internet and they all seem to be fairly positive but it doesn't sound like a great idea to send money directly to Venezuela without much more information.

The Good

  • The few reviews we found tend to be positive.
  • This product may help those with skin pigmentation issues.

The Bad

  • It is difficult to find a place to purchase Dermalane.
  • The manufacturer is in Venezuela and only accepts payments through FedEx.
  • We can't find any ingredients for this product.
  • There is no official website for Dermalane at this time. It seems to have expired or is under construction.

The Bottom Line

If you have severe skin pigmentation issues and have tried many products with no results, you may be tempted to try Dermalane. The few reviews we found did seem to be positive but since you may have to send money directly to Venezuela with no guarantee of receiving this product, we advise against it. Dermalane seems to be marketed as an anti-aging product in addition to a depigmentation cream but we feel you'd be better off sticking to something a little more well-known and easier to acquire.
