There are a number of ingredients in this formula that we like. The first is palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, which is also known as matrixyl. Matrixyl is a proven anti-aging ingredient because it can effectively stimulate the production of collagen in the skin. This is a substance that is lost as we age, which leads to sagging skin and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. We are also pleased to see sodium hyaluronate and soluble collagen in this mix. Sodium hyaluronate is an effective skin hydrator that helps the skin retain its moisture for a smoother, line-free surface.
