Eyliplex-2 Eye Lift and Circle Reducer is an anti-aging solution designed for the eyes and sold exclusively by Kohl's department stores and also through the Kohl's website. This eye cream is actually a dual solution, which means you get two eye treatments for the price of one. According to the Kohl's website, the Eyliplex-2 Eye Lift and Circle Reducer can visibly tighten the eye area while reducing dark circles under the eyes. The product sells for about $40 on the Kohl's website at the time of this review.

While the store does offer a return policy on most products purchased through the website, it is unclear whether they will refund skin care products like Eyliplex-2 that have been opened and tried. In addition, we were unable to find customer testimonials on the company website to back the claims of the product. We believe that providing both of these to the customer allows her or him to shop with confidence, knowing the they have the full backing of the company with every purchase that’s made.

In addition to our concerns over the Eyliplex customer testimonials and return policy, we are equally disappointed to find that the Kohl's website does not provide a complete ingredient list for Eyliplex-2. The only active ingredients that are listed on the company website include Superlift, Rho-Cite in the day formula, and Haloxyl PFE and Mala-Plump in the night balm. We have no way of knowing if either formula contains proven anti-aging ingredients like matrixyl, argireline, soluble collagen or hyaluronic acid.

These listed "actives" appear to be little more than commercialized labels for a combination of ingredients that are not disclosed. Without knowing the specific ingredients that are included in a single formula, it is difficult to assess whether the product can truly deliver on its promises. It also makes it risky for those with sensitive skin or potential allergies, since it is difficult to ascertain whether use of these products might lead to a negative reaction. We would caution consumers against purchasing skin care products where ingredient lists are not fully disclosed for just these reasons.
