Overview
Hot Mama Skin is an online website that is quite colorful. The design initially reminds one of K-Mart or Wal-Mart until you check out the prices. This online store sells a lot more than skincare products. One can buy a little bit of everything except food. There are a variety of skincare products ranging from creams, lotions, and ointments to general makeup. One Hot Mama Skin product known as the Boop Tube is a moisturizer that is enriched with a number of oils (almond, olive, avocado) and that is said to do wonders for your skin. There are other Hot Mama products that are said to remove stretch marks and erase fine lines. The Hot Mama Skin Pure and Affirm is an age defying serum, fortified with vitamins which can plump and firm up the skin. The majority of Hot Mama Skin products can be used on all types of skin and help to rejuvenate beauty. The products are all 100% naturally derived.

The Bottom Line
Hot Mama Skin has a decent website and sells a variety of products including skin care creams. What was surprising is that some products were quite expensive ($80 and up). The ingredients listed include a number of synthetic chemicals and thus the chances of developing allergic reactions and skin rashes are bound to be high. Almost all formulations contained a number of potent antioxidants and hyaluronic acid. A number of products are said to contain DMAE. Today, there is a lot of controversy about DMAE and its skin benefits. Research has shown that it does very little. Even though some formulations do contain hyaluronic acid, I am not sure whether it alone can erase the signs of aging. While some of the moisturizers were fairly cheap, the anti-aging products were quite expensive. At $80 for a few ounces of a cream which contains a whole host of artificial chemicals, I would think twice about buying Hot Mama Skin anti-aging products. For the serious skincare lover, there are many other options available. For the individual who is a novice at skincare, go to Wal-Mart, where you will have a better choice and you can take product back if you are not satisfied.
