Overview
Janson Beckett is a Cherry Hill, New Jersey based “cosmeceutical” company that shares much of its thirty-five year history with Reviva Labs. Unlike Reviva Labs, Janson Beckett does not import and remarket products from Europe and other countries. Rather, all of their products are formulated and manufactured in New Jersey. Janson Beckett markets themselves as a manufacturer of “cosmeceuticals.” Like other cosmeceutical companies, Janson Beckett’s product line is focused on less-invasive, topical treatments for conditions that would otherwise require Botox or other surgical treatments. Janson Beckett’s product lines claim to remove the appearance of subtle lines and wrinkles, heal and prevent damaged skin, and tighten and firm aged skin.
Product Details
According to the Janson Beckett website, their flagship product is a peptide complex called AlphaDerma CE. The primary active ingredient is a ten percent concentration of Argireline. Unlike products from other manufacturers, which tend to be localized treatments, AlphaDerma CE is an Arigireline formulation that is intended to be used daily on the face and body. Other ingredients in AlphaDerma CE include demineralized spring water, octyl methoxycinnamate, glycerine, olive oil, oxybenzone, soybean oil, stearic acid, hydrolyzed soy protein, soluble collagen, hydrolyzed elastin, alpha lipoic acid, ascorbyl palmitate (vitamin c ester), dmae bitartrate, aloe vera extract, glyceryl stearate, allantoin, citric acid, microcrystalline cellulose, cetyl alcohol, simethicone, methylparaben, propylparaben, cetearyl alcohol, ceteareth--20, and tea carbomer 940.
In addition to AlphaDerma CE, Janson Beckett manufactures several cleansers, toners, preps, serums, and moisturizers. These products are intended to work in concert with AlphaDerma CE to enhance the overall effect of the treatment. Particularly noteworthy is the Janson Beckett website, which is well organized with a wealth of information on their products, including testimonials, before and after photos, product comparisons, and a database of frequently asked questions.

Like many manufacturers, Janson Beckett offers a program of treatment that incorporates many of the products in their range. While this approach may be effective, users should not be afraid to mix and match products from a variety of sources in order to find the combination that is most effective for them.
