The Remy Laure Skin Care introduced its French line of beauty products over 35 years ago. The products were originally derived from a one hundred percent Bio-Mineral called “Le Moor” meaning “the black mask”. The therapeutic properties found in “Le Moor” have been used for over 2000 years prior to the introduction of the ingredient in the Remy Laure Skin Care line. Remy Laure Skin Care boasts that they are the first to offer beauty treatments made from “mud”. Today the company produces products for the face and body for all skin types. The company promotes the products as being chemical, perfume and synthetic chemical free and that they never test products on animals.

Vitamin E has been used in hydration and in treating & improving the appearance of scars. Vitamin A is known in the skin care world as Retinol. Retinol works to peel away the top layers of the epidermis to reveal the newer, younger-looking skin underneath. This may also be an effective way to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Retinol has been associated with dryness, redness and skin sensitivity. An SPF lotion is usually advised when using a Retinol based skin care product.
