Overview
RezV is an herbal supplement pill that is one of the hottest new anti-aging treatments on the market today. The key active ingredient in this herbal oral supplement is Resveratrol, and it claims to help users with weight loss in addition to providing wrinkle fighting benefits. RezV claims to offer users the “purest and most natural” source of Resveratrol available on the market today. What is this ingredient that makes up the primary active ingredient in RezV? Resveratrol is actually a plant extract that is produced when certain plants are under attack from diseases, and it is also found in the skin of grapes used to make red wine. One reason for all of the publicity surrounding Resveratrol these days is that several prominent studies have recently been released calling attention to numerous health benefits that may be associated with consuming Resveratrol in red wine, which would be appealing news for many fans of the drink.
There are so many different websites offering RezV that it has become difficult to find a reliable source of information about this supplement. In fact, it is difficult to even figure out who manufactures RezV, and there appear to be dozens of similarly named “knock-off” products for sale from different websites. The main benefits derived from RezV relate to antioxidants contained in the Resveratrol found in the supplements. Antioxidants are thought to benefit the skin by protecting against air-born free radicals, which are environmental particles that damage the skin.
Product Details
There are many seemingly great offers to be found online by those looking to purchase RezV, but it’s important to read the fine print on all of them. RezV looks to be a largely unregulated brand name, and it was difficult to find an official website or an official manufacturer for this product. After a blitz of media attention everywhere from CNN to Fox to WebMD, many people are apparently trying to make some quick money off of the general public’s interest in Resveratrol and RezV. Make sure that you’re not agreeing to pay more than you think you are if you choose to sign up for any trial offers.
The Good
- Premliminary research on Resveratrol, the main active ingredient in RezV, has recently been linked to many health benefits in several highly publicized studies.
- Some websites offer free trial samples of RezV.
The Bad
- Difficult to find a legitimate manufacturer of RezV.
- No websites offering RezV included a full ingredient list that we could find.
- Almost everyone likes the idea of drinking red wine and erasing wrinkles at the same time, but even the most enthusiastic scientists are quick to point out that much more research needs to be done on Resveratrol.
- A glass of red wine per day could be cheaper and offer similar health benefits to taking RezV.
The Bottom Line
In our opinion, there’s just not enough information out there about RezV and Resveratrol to warrant taking up this skin care regimen yet. Right now, Resveratrol is receiving some serious, buzz-heavy publicity, but there’s a lot of research that needs to be done before anything is conclusive. The makers of RezV, whoever they are, seem to be capitalizing on this hype by quickly releasing a product that claims to do everything from help you lose weight without dieting to erasing your wrinkles. We’ wouldn’t believe the hype, and instead we’d go with a more heavily tested wrinkle fighter that focuses on a proven approach to wrinkle fighting, such as boosting collagen production.
