Sophyto Review

Updated On:

Overview

Sophyto is a skin care company based in England that manufactures and distributes numerous skin care and anti-aging products. The official website shows that, as a company, Sophyto is very supportive of agriculture and utilizes the best waste reduction and recycling programs available for manufacturers. Sophyto was created by Karen Sinclair Drake, who wanted to take a natural approach to skin care and also to create products that recognized the “whole person” instead of just a certain area. There are currently 11 products available on the official Sophyto website, and these range from cleansers to masks to bioactive serums.

In the anti-aging range, it seem to us that the Skin Energising High Potency Concentrate is their premium wrinkle fighter. The official website claims that this product will help minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as improving the softness of your skin.

Product Details

Though all of the Sophyto products will help maintain your skin's appearance, we are mostly interested in the anti-aging properties of the Sophyto Skin Energising High Potency Concentrate. The Sophyto Skin Energising High Potency Concentrate is a box of 15 single use tubes that contain Coenzyme Q10, Hyaluronic acid, and an assortment of vitamins. The official website claims that this product will help those with inflamed or sensitive skin and will give you noticeable results immediately. There is a recommended order to apply the various Sophyto products if you plan on using more than one at a time, and the manufacturer is happy to detail these.

The official website lists all of the ingredients included in the Skin Energising High Potency Concentrate, along with a video that provides some information in application and expected results. There is also a section with a ton of information posted as blogs, frequently asked questions, and articles. You can find out what type of skin you have, watch a few videos about Sophyto, and learn about general health tips.

The Good

  • Some products contain well known anti-aging ingredients.
  • You can order all of the products from the official Sophyto website.

The Bad

  • Sophyto doesn't have much to offer in the anti-aging area, and it appears to be more of a general skincare line.
  • Some products are expensive. The Polyphenol Skin Drops cost $75.
  • There aren't many third party reviews on Sophyto products that we could find.

The Bottom Line

Sophyto offers quite a few skin care products, but doesn't have a lot to offer in the anti-aging area. We do like the philosophy of the company, as they seem to be very “green”. This fact alone is bound to attract certain customers, but we can't really get behind any Sophyto products because they just don't have enough to offer in the anti-aging area. We recommend sticking to a more widely known product that features a well known and popular wrinkle fighter.
